Health Hub is a secure online app where you can access information about your treatment and care at the Women’s. Use it on your phone, tablet or computer.
Sign up to Health Hub by asking a Women’s staff member at your next appointment.
Features for patients
Use Health Hub to view details of your care at the Women’s.
- Visits and appointments: Your past and upcoming appointments.
- Reviews: Information about your recent outpatient clinic visits, in some cases including notes, referral letters and requested medical certificates.
- Test results: View some of your blood test results (usually available within 4 days).
- Health summary: Keep track of your medications and allergies
- Across Parkville hospitals: If you’re receiving care at Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre, the Royal Melbourne Hospital or the Royal Children’s Hospital – you’ll be able to see those details too.
Please note: At the Women’s, you will not be able to view the following on Health Hub:
- upcoming ultrasound appointments and ultrasound images
- upcoming and past surgery information
- inpatient notes
- some sensitive information.

Sign up to Parkville Health Hub
The easiest way to sign up to Health Hub is at the hospital. Ask a staff member or go to the Welcome Centre on the ground floor to sign up. The Welcome Centre can also help with Health Hub support.
A staff member can verify your identity in person and sign you up as a patient or proxy (parent, legal guardian, or medical decision maker).
If you are unable to visit the hospital, you can use the online form to sign up to Health Hub - request a new account.
You must include a copy of your photo ID with your application. Signing up as a proxy is only available in person at the hospital.
After we process your application, you will receive a code to activate your account.
Activate your account
You will receive a SMS, text message or email to activate your account.
- Follow the link in the SMS/ text message/ email within 30 days. The link will expire after this.
- Your internet browser will open to the Health Hub sign up page on your device.

Create a username and password. Passwords must contain at least:
- one lowercase letter
- one uppercase letter
- one number
- one special character (e.g. @ # & !)
You will need this username and password to log in to the mobile app after activating your account. -
Enter your own date of birth.

Select a security question and enter a 'secret' answer.

Submit.

Your account is now active.

Download the Health Hub on your device.
For iPhone and iPad: Health Hub on the App Store.
For Android: Health Hub on Google Play
Tip: Once you have downloaded the Health Hub app, you can turn on Face ID/ Biometric login/ passcode in your account settings. This means you don’t have to remember your username and password.
