This audio series was developed by the clinical psychology team at the Royal Women’s Hospital. It is designed to encourage skills in calming, soothing, self-care and attachment to baby.
Overview
These guided exercises were created for the NEST program, a psychology group program during pregnancy (antenatal). In this program, we aim to support individuals to build resources in calming, soothing and supporting themselves through the pregnancy and birth process. We also support them in building connection and attachment to their baby.
The audio series is now available online, free on YouTube.
Support is available - the PANDA National Helpline 1300 726 306 supports expecting and new parents and support people. If you are experiencing a crisis, please call Lifeline on 13 11 14 or Triple Zero (000).
